Pope Francis grants Canonical Coronation to the Admirable Patroness of Santa Maria, Bulacan

After the Episcopal Coronation granted by the Late Bishop +Jose Oliveros, last March 3, 2018, the Church of Santa Maria, Bulacan prepared the documents necessary for the petition to the Holy Father, Pope Francis, the Canonical Coronation of their Patroness. November 21, 2018, Feast of the Presentation of the Child Mary in the Temple, the Coffee Table Book that contains the History, Devotions and Miracles that Our Lady, in the Title "La Purisima Concepcion". The Book is written in English, so that the documents can be fully understand. February 7, 2019, during the 227th Year Town Fiesta of Santa Maria, the petition was brought to our Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Malolos and current Bishop of Cubao, Bishop Honesto Ongtioco and later on submit to the Apostolic Nuncio, Archbishop Gabrielle Caccia with the prayers of the devotees. The Apostolic Nuncio later on submit the Petition to Rome for review and clarification. On March 28, 2019, The Papal Bull was release, with the Blessing of his Holiness Pope Francis, the Canonical Coronation will be done. On June 2, 2019, Solemnity of the Ascension of our Lord, Rev. Msgr. Ranilo "Ranny" Trillana PC joyfully announced the News of the Blessing of the Canonical Coronation.
Historically, when the Town of Meycauayan was formed on 1582, the Town of Santa Maria de Pandi and our very own town of Polo was one of the Jurisdiction of the Old Town of Meycauayan. When Bocaue was formally separated in Meycauayan in the year 1606 (The first one to separate as a Pueblo or town), Pandi or Santa Maria de Pandi was one that became Barrio of the Town. Year 1623 when Polo separated to Meycauayan and Second to separate as a Town from Meycauayan. Year 1793 when Santa Maria de Pandi separated from Bocaue and became a Town.
O Kalinislinisang Birheng Maria, aming La Purisima Concepcion, buong kababaang-loob kaming dumudulog sa iyo. Tulungan nawang makarating sa Poong Maykapal ang aming panalangin, upang mailayo sa lahat ng kasalanan at hindi mabulid sa anumang kapahamakan.
Sa liwanag ng Banal na Espiritu, kami nawa ay matulad sa iyong kababaang-loob, pagkamasunurin at lubos na pananalig nang kami ay maging karapat-dapat sa buhay na handog ng Diyos.
O Maria, Ina ni Hesus at aming Ina, Ikaw ang aming buhay, katamisan at pag-asa. Amen.
